Dudes, I kind of enjoyed the first tax research memo I had to do for the current class, but Tax Research Memo the Second is considerably more brain-frazzling. And due tomorrow, I might add. Caught between "too tired to keep working tonight" and "but there's no other time to work on it before class tomorrow"...so I make a post to LJ, because that will help somehow?

BUT. Vorenus is here to tell you (link snagged from queenofthorns) -- in case you needed updating, because I surely did -- that the Rome movie is still a thing that is ALIVE! My Rome DVDs are aching for a rewatch and I think that's just the catalyst for it.
